We’ve mentioned in an earlier article that Lindsay Lohan has taken quite a wrong turn as far as law is concerned. It seems she takes after her father.

Michael Lohan has been arrested recently after he was accused of domestic violence against his then girlfriend, Kate Major. After placing a $5000 bond for his release he ended up arrested, yet again, at less than 24 hours since his release.

His actions have stupefied most people due to their incredible nature. After his release, Lohan has called Kate Major, in direct violation of his probation, since his restraining order barred him from having any form of contact with her. She called the police and while they were present at her apartment he yet again called her.

He never learns, does he? Well, at least now we know where Lindsay gets it from. Considering his blatant violation of his probabtion, he didn’t even wait for a whole day to pass since his release, the police went to his hotel in order to perform an arrest.

But Michael Lohan would have none of that so he jumped out of his third story window and landed in a tree that was right below it. Which put him in quite a bind since he got stuck and he needed the help of the very officers he was fleeing from. Ouch!

Considering his action, he was placed in custody where he’ll be facing a new set of charges – violating parole and resisting arrest in a non-violent way. Seems like something ripped out of a Dumb and Dumber seen, but the story is a perfect reflection of reality.

Michael Lohan has been known to take drastic (and more often than not, stupid) actions in the past, damaging his image further. Let’s see how he’ll get out of this one.
